Your guide collects you from your Chiang Mai city centre hotel. Exact pick-up time within this window depends on your hotel location and is confirmed the day before your tour.
đ Jaguar Trail Zone
Wrapping around Swan Lake, this walking trail gives you the chance to see over 400 animals from 50 beautiful and rare smaller species, set among enchanting flower gardens. Look out for White Tigers, Jaguars, Capybaras, Clouded Leopards, Fishing Cats, Brazilian Tapirs, Squirrel Monkeys, Miniature Horses, Crowned Cranes and more.
đ Predator Prowl Zone
The carnivore zone holds approximately 27 species and over 200 animals. Your tram journey among these predators is filled with excitement and hair-raising moments at every turn. Residents include Tigers, Lions, African Hunting Dogs, Cinereous Vultures, Maned Wolves, White Tigers, Canadian Wolves, Asiatic Black Bears and Crocodiles.
đ Savanna Safari Zone
This exhibit zone is home mainly to animals of the African savanna, with about 34 species and over 320 animals. Expect Serows, Gorals, Gaurs, White Rhinoceroses, Spotted Hyenas, Cheetahs, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Yaks and Barasinghas.
đ Musical Fountain Show
Enjoy the most beautiful and largest musical fountain in Southeast Asia, presented as a special gift to Chiang Mai Night Safari visitors. Each song is carefully chosen to match the colours and movement of the water.

Q: What time is hotel pick-up and drop-off?
A: Pick-up is between 16:00 and 16:30 from hotels in Chiang Mai city centre. You depart the park at 21:00 and arrive back at your hotel by around 21:30.
Q: Is hotel transfer included in the ticket-only price?
A: No. Ticket-only rates cover park entry only. Choose the join-in or private option if you would like round-trip transfer and a guide included.
Q: What is the difference between the Jaguar Trail and the Safari + Tram ticket?
A: The Jaguar Trail ticket covers the walking trail around Swan Lake. The Safari + Tram ticket adds the tram ride through the Predator Prowl and Savanna Safari zones.
Q: My hotel is outside Chiang Mai city centre. Can you still collect me?
A: Yes, at an extra charge of 700 THB per transfer per way. Alternatively, we can suggest a convenient city centre meeting point at the time of confirmation.
Q: How many people are needed for the tour to run?
A: A minimum of 2 persons applies to both join-in and private tours. Solo travellers are welcome to contact us for a tailored quotation.

- Minimum 2 persons required for all join-in and private tours.
- If you need to make a last-minute change, please contact our reservation team at least 24 hours in advance.
- Without 24-hour notice, a no-show fee of 200 THB per person will be charged for evening tours.
đĢ Out of Route Area
The following areas are considered out of area for pick-up and drop-off: Mae Rim, Samoeng, Hang Dong, San Kamphaeng, Veranda High Resort and some other locations outside the city centre. We will suggest a hotel in the city centre as a meeting point at the time of confirmation.
Pick-up and drop-off at an out-of-area hotel is possible at an extra charge of 700 THB per transfer, per way (not per person). For Hmong Lodge and Panviman Resort & Spa the extra charge is 1,100 THB per transfer, per way. We will send a separate payment link on request.
