What time does the boat depart and return?
Hotel pick-up is between 8:00-9:00 am, with departure from the pier at 9:00 am. Guests are back in Koh Samui and transferred to their hotel by about 4:30-5:00 pm.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation applies before 5:00 pm the day before your tour date. Cancelling after 5:00 pm is charged 50% of the net price, and cancelling on the morning of the tour is charged 100%. A minimum of 8 participants is required to operate this VIP departure.
