💬 What is the difference between Join Group and Private tours?
Join Group shares transport with other travellers and follows a set schedule. Private tour gives your group an exclusive vehicle and more flexibility on timing. Both include Package A (Safari World + Marine Park + Buffet Lunch).
💬 Can I book ticket only without hotel transfer?
Yes. Packages A–E are ticket-only with no transfer included. You make your own way to the park. Note: the Safari Park coach (45 THB/person) is not included in ticket-only bookings.
💬 Is Safari World suitable for young children?
Absolutely. Children under 2 years (under 99 cm) enter free with no seat provided. Stroller rentals are available at the Marine Park entrance. Child rates apply for ages 4–12 (100–140 cm).
💬 Can we see the tiger feeding on the Join Group tour?
No. The tiger feeding at 9:30 am is only accessible for ticket-only (self-guided) visitors. Join Group guests arrive after the feeding has ended.
💬 What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before departure. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time.
💬 How far is Safari World from Bangkok city centre?
Approximately 30–45 minutes by road. Pick-up from your Bangkok hotel begins at 07:45–08:00 am to ensure you arrive when the park opens.
