💬 What's the difference between the Private Boat and Join Tour options?
Private Boat is a flat rate for your own group of 1–6 people (3-hour or 5-hour snorkeling, no hotel transfer). Join Tour is a per-person, shared-group rate for the 3-hour snorkeling trip and includes hotel pick-up and drop-off in Pattaya City.
💬 Is hotel transfer included?
Join Tour includes free hotel pick-up and drop-off within Pattaya City. Private Boat does not include transfer — round-trip transfer can be added for 3,000 THB/car (1–4 persons) or 4,500 THB/van (5–10 persons).
💬 What time do the Private Boat trips run?
3-hour rounds depart at 06:00, 09:00, 12:00 or 15:00. 5-hour rounds depart at 07:00, 10:00 or 14:00.
💬 What's included in the price?
All options include the speed boat, snorkeling equipment, and photos taken during the snorkeling activity. Join Tour additionally includes hotel pick-up/drop-off and an English-speaking staff member.
💬 Are there any extra charges?
Yes — a National Park fee of 100 THB/person is not included. Adding extra people to a Private Boat booking costs 600 THB/person (3-hour round) or 800 THB/person (5-hour round).

- Child rate for ages 4–12 (91–140 cm)
- Taller than 140 cm — charged at adult rate
⚠️ Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the experience's start time
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time
- Bookings should be made at least 1 day prior to the tour date, by 8:30 PM (office hours)
- Only fully paid bookings will receive a confirmation voucher
📋 How Booking Works
- Fill out the booking form and send it to us — we'll check tour availability and confirm your hotel name
- We'll then send an invoice for the total price (valid for 8 hours); once paid, your tour is booked and a confirmation email is sent
- If you don't have a hotel name yet, enter "tbc" (to be confirmed) — we'll reserve your place and keep your file open
