Coral Island, locally known as Koh Larn, is just 7 km from Pattaya Beach and has six beaches around the island. Tawaen Beach is by far the most developed and most visited beach on Koh Larn — on any given day there are well over three thousand visitors, and on weekends that number may double as many people come down from Bangkok to relax on the island, far removed from city life.
