Cruise out from Koh Chang aboard the ThaiFun day cruise boat, a 24-metre vessel with its own tender for direct beach pickup – no truck transfer to a pier required. Sail past around 15 islands on the way to snorkeling stops at Koh Wai, Koh Mak and Koh Rang, with a stop to spot wild monkeys off the Bangbao Peninsula on the way home. Morning
Board the ThaiFun boat and set sail, cruising past around 15 islands with views of Koh Chang from the sea. First snorkeling stop at Koh Wai – a shallow reef, roughly 45 minutes, well suited to kids.
Midday
Stop at Koh Mak for swimming and a beach walk, around 1 hour. Lunch, snacks, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and drinking water are served on board.
Afternoon
Main snorkeling stop at Koh Rang, over an hour among soft and hard coral reefs – the best snorkeling of the day.
Late Afternoon
On the way home, pass the Bangbao Peninsula for a chance to spot and photograph wild macaque monkeys along the shore.
17:30–18:30 pm
Return to your resort beach by tender (or minibus drop-off).
Snorkeling equipment – masks, snorkels and life jackets – is provided free of charge. On board you'll find individual cushioned seats and deckchairs, a choice of shaded seating or the rooftop sundeck, plus western toilets and freshwater showers.
