💬 What ticket options are available?
You can choose Join-in (shared transfer), Private (private vehicle transfer), or Ticket Only (no transfer) — each with Normal or VIP seating.
💬 Is hotel transfer included?
Transfer is included with the Join-in and Private options for city hotels. The Ticket Only option does not include transfer — you make your own way to the theatre.
💬 What are the show times?
Colosseum Show plays three shows daily at 18:00, 19:30 and 21:00.
💬 What's the difference between Normal and VIP seats?
Both give full entry to the same show — VIP seats are positioned closer to the stage for a better view.
💬 What time will I be picked up?
For Join-in and Private options, pick up is 1 hour before your chosen show start time. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
💬 Can I cancel or change my booking?
Please contact our reservation team at least 24 hours in advance for any last-minute changes. Without notice, a no-show rate of full price per person will be charged.
