The Sanctuary of Truth (Prasat Satchatham)
The Sanctuary of Truth, or Prasat Satchatham Temple, is a wooden temple located by the sea. It was designed by Lek Wiriyapan, the founder of the Ancient City in Samut Prakan province, in 1981. The temple is entirely built with wood — its beauty elaborated through wood dwellings and woodcarvings. It is considered an exotic and imposing architectural work of art of the century, embellished with artwork and woodcarvings that reflect the intellect and spirit of Eastern civilization and art, and the importance of religion in upholding the world. The temple received the Outstanding Tourist Attraction award from the Tourism Industry Awards in 2008.
The Sanctuary of Truth is completely made from wood, and all the delicate carvings are done by hand — a huge number of woodcarvers are at work here every day, carving out the various figures.
The huge building is more than 100 meters high. Also called Prasat Satchatham or Prasat Sut Ja-Tum, it is not in use as a temple — it is built on an area of almost one acre on Rachvate Cape overlooking the sea in North Pattaya.

- Under 2 years old (0–90 cm) — free of charge (no seat provided)
- Taller than 100 cm — charged at adult rate
⚠️ Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the experience's start time
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time
- Bookings should be made at least 1 day prior to the tour date, by 8:30 PM (office hours)
- Only fully paid bookings will receive a confirmation voucher
📋 How Booking Works
- Fill out the booking form and send it to us — we'll check tour availability and confirm your hotel name
- We'll then send an invoice for the total price (valid for 8 hours); once paid, your tour is booked and a confirmation email is sent
- If you don't have a hotel name yet, enter "tbc" (to be confirmed) — we'll reserve your place and keep your file open
