⚠️ No-Show Policy
- If you have any last-minute changes, please contact our reservation team at least 24 hours in advance
- Otherwise, a no-show rate of full ticket price per person will be charged for the tour
⚠️ Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the experience's start time
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time
- Bookings should be made at least 1 day prior to the tour date, by 8:30 PM (office hours)
- Only fully paid bookings will receive a confirmation voucher
📋 How Booking Works
- Fill out the booking form and send it to us — we'll check tour availability and confirm your hotel name
- We'll then send an invoice for the total price (valid for 8 hours); once paid, your tour is booked and a confirmation email is sent
- If you don't have a hotel name yet, enter "tbc" (to be confirmed) — we'll reserve your place and keep your file open
