⚠️ No-Show & Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time
- If you have last-minute changes, contact our reservation team at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a no-show rate of the full ticket price per person will be charged
- Bookings should be made at least 1 day prior to the tour date, by 8:30 PM (office hours)
- Only fully paid bookings will receive a confirmation voucher
📋 How Booking Works
- Fill out the booking form and send it to us — we'll check availability and confirm your hotel name
- We'll then send an invoice for the total price (valid for 8 hours); once paid, your booking is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent
- If you don't have a hotel name yet, enter "tbc" (to be confirmed) — we'll reserve your place and keep your file open
