- Free transfer from hotels in Pattaya City and Jomtien Beach
- From Bangkok, you're responsible for arranging transport either to a designated meeting point in the Sukhumvit Road area, or to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya on Pattaya 3rd Rd (the fare for a taxi or other transport is payable by the visitor)
- We are unable to offer a collection service to visitors staying at Airbnb lodging, rental villas, or private houses — these visitors must arrange their own transport to a meeting point
- We are also unable to offer pickup from any pier or jetty
