- Show time is at 8:30pm daily except Tuesdays — any additional show will be announced in advance
- Dinner is served from 6:00pm–8:00pm daily except Tuesdays
- The theatre doors open 30 minutes before show time. Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after the break, otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned
- Operating times of show and dinner are subject to change without prior notice

What is the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum seats?
Platinum Seat is the best location in the theater with a limited number available, Gold Seat is a well-positioned seat location, and Silver Seat is an average seat location. Prices increase from Silver to Gold to Platinum.
Does the ticket price include hotel transfer and dinner?
It depends on the package. Show-only packages do not include hotel transfer or dinner. Packages with "Transfer" include round trip hotel transfer, and packages with "Dinner Buffet" also include the Thai/international buffet dinner served 6:00pm–8:15pm.
