Bangkok Elephant Park – Half Day Program
Spend a half day getting hands-on with Thailand's gentle giants at Bangkok Elephant Park. Rather than an elephant ride, this program is built around genuine elephant care: feeding, trekking alongside the herd, and bathing and playing with them in the water — a much more rewarding way to spend time with elephants.
Along the way you'll also join a workshop making a traditional Thai herbal inhaler and preparing vitamins for the elephants, before sitting down together for a Thai lunch. Choose the morning or afternoon session, and decide whether you'd like round-trip hotel transfer included or prefer to make your own way to the park.

What's the difference between the "With Transfer" and "Without Transfer" programs?
The With Transfer package includes round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off from your Bangkok hotel. The Without Transfer package covers the same park program and activities but does not include transportation, so you'll need to make your own way to Bangkok Elephant Park.
What time do the morning and afternoon sessions run?
The morning session runs 09:30–12:30 and the afternoon session runs 13:30–16:30. Both sessions follow the same program of check-in, workshop, feeding, trekking, bathing and lunch.
Is lunch included?
Yes. Both the morning and afternoon half-day programs include a Thai lunch, enjoyed together with the group after the elephant activities.
Does the program include elephant riding?
No. This program focuses on elephant care — feeding, trekking alongside the elephants, and bathing and playing with them in the water. There is no elephant riding involved.
Is there a discount for children and infants?
Yes. The child rate applies to ages 4–9 years, and infants aged 0–3 years join free of charge.
What should I bring or wear?
A shirt is provided for the activities, but you'll get wet and muddy during the trekking and bathing, so wear clothes and footwear you don't mind getting dirty, and bring a change of clothes for after the program.
